Seller Terms & Conditions

  • Registration & Account: Seller must register and create an account to access the platform. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and ensuring its accuracy.
  • Product Listings: Products should be genuine and original. Sellers must adhere to any guidelines provided by the platform regarding products. Sellers should not provide project material (low-quality products) for high discounts. After receiving payment from Plumbing Bazzar, the seller should not delay providing material to the transporter.
  • Order Fulfillment: Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner and ensuring that products are delivered to customers as described. This includes packaging, shipping, and providing tracking information where applicable. Sellers should not provide wrong, damaged, or defective products knowingly. Packaging should be in proper form as per Plumbing Bazzar’s policy.
  • Insurance: Sellers have to provide insurance for the material. If any damage happens during transportation, the material will be sent back to the seller.
  • Packaging: Sellers have to pack sanitaryware items properly with the packaging material provided by Plumbing Bazzar.
  • Estimate Order: Sellers must prepare estimates on time for a faster delivery process.
  • Communication: Sellers must maintain professional communication with the Plumbing Bazzar team and should be cooperative with any concerns or issues related to the website and orders.
  • Returns & Refunds: Sellers should adhere to the platform’s policies regarding returns and refunds, including any restocking fees or return shipping costs. They are responsible for processing refunds promptly and accurately. Sellers should receive returned materials and process reverse payments to Plumbing Bazzar in a timely manner.
  • Compliance & Legal Obligations: Sellers must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to product safety, intellectual property rights, and consumer protection.
  • Termination of Account: The platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend a seller’s account for violations of the terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, or other reasons deemed necessary by the platform.
  • Data Protection & Privacy: Sellers are expected to handle customer data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. They should not misuse or disclose customer information without consent.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes between sellers and the platform or customers should be resolved in accordance with the platform’s dispute resolution process, which may include mediation, arbitration, or other methods. If any duplicate material is found, Plumbing Bazzar will not be responsible, and strict legal action will be taken.
